General Terms & Conditions Of Rental

RESERVATION
A reservation is considered confirmed after the payment of a deposit, which amounts to 30% of the total rental price and is non refundable.

PAYMENT
The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 5 days before the rental date. All amounts are in euros and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION
In case of reservation cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event may result in a refund of 50% of the remaining amount.

USE OF EQUIPMENT
The rented equipment must be used in accordance with its purpose. The client is responsible for any damage or loss of the equipment that occurs during the rental period.

RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT
The client is obligated to return the equipment in the same condition it was received.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Delivery and pickup of the equipment are not included in the rental price.

SETUP SERVICES
The costs of setup services (tables, chairs, cushions, covers, and other equipment) are not included in the rental price and can be rented for an additional charge.

DURATION OF RENTAL
The client is obligated to return the equipment on the agreed date. In case of delay, an additional fee will be charged proportional to the number of days the equipment is kept.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
After the return of equipment, such as tablecloths, cloth napkins, and chair covers, we take responsibility for their washing and cleaning. The client is not obligated to clean these items.

All plates, glasses, and complete tableware must be returned clean and in the same packaging in which they were delivered.
